Returns and exchanges can be done only if the products found to be defected. We do our best to ensure all our buyers and sellers enjoy the best business experience with us in sales & purchases of the dead stock, but we sell dead stock which are completely obsolete, rejected and unfashionable products and terms and conditions are already fixed by our associates and partners prior to making purchases. 

Kindly Note, no returns and exchanges of the products will be done if it’s found to be in a non-resellable condition. However we give assurance for the products to be verified, inspected and sold as unused and for our buyers satisfactions, we display the condition of the stock by providing our sellers the live videos or by despatching them their actual samples and assure them it to be never in the damaged condition.
